Frequently Asked Questions

Can I come on my own?
Yes

What kit will I need to bring?
A good pair of trainers that are suitable for trail running. It is useful to have a running pack or bum bag for water, food and extra clothing. Although we will carry most items such as nutrition, maps and hydration, you may want/need to have at least a small pack with you.

Are meals included?
No, but we can make restaurant reservations and recommend places to eat. We can also take you on routes that end at a very good local pub/café or restaurant.

If I book and then other runners book the same dates how will it work if they are faster or slower?
This will not happen, you will have your own guide.

How will I travel?
Travel by train, car or plane. If you’re flying or arriving by train we can pick you up.

Can I come with a non-running friend or partner?
Yes. Cornwall has plenty on offer for non-runners.

Will I have time to fit in other activities?
Yes, we can help plan your itinerary to fit in all the activities you want to do.

Are there any group discounts?
Yes, please call to discuss.

What would a typical running break consist of?
Usually two days but we do offer three days or one day of guided running. Typically, a 20 mile run and a 10 mile run. We can give you options of routes depending on your ability. We offer a bespoke service so we can plan to your specific requirements. If you’re training for an event, or want to be pushed and run more than you have before in one or multiple days, we can help you to achieve your targets. We love this and want you to get the best from what we offer.
